Factory – Ensure that J1II is done after JEX before F2

· Check for chapter-id and only then proceed

· If proforma document continue.

· If invoice then get proforma document

· Check if the document type is the CIN reference

· Check for excise invoice for the proforma billing

Depot – Ensure that J1IJ is done before F2

Check in RG23D for the delivery document. Proceed only if it exists
